Boca Middle PTSA

Greetings BRCMS Families from PTSA!

This has been an extraordinary school year. Our children and families have been through a hurricane, tragedy in our backyard, and countless other challenges that have been stressful to say the least. Throughout it all, though, the staff and parents of BRCMS have stepped up to take action and get more involved to prioritize our kids' daily safety and positive learning environment.

Thursday, May 11th is our final PTSA meeting of the year. Please plan to join us on Thursday after the SAC meeting where we will be wrapping up the year and holding our annual board elections. We'd love for your to be a part of our team!

PTSA organizes and sponsors the following fun events:

  • Daily Agendas provided at the beginning of the year
  • Backpacks w/ supplies for students in need
  • Boca Bash (student only event at the school with pizza, DJ, bounce houses, and more)
  • Teacher Appreciation Week
  • School Auction (this year was FANTASTIC! can't wait to see what we do next year)
  • 8th Grade Dance
  • Spirit Shirt sales
  • "Your new idea HERE"

All positions on the board are up for election. If you are interested in volunteering for a board position or a chair of any of the events listed above or have questions regarding how much time is involved and/or level of commitment, please contact me at This email address is being protected from spambots. We meet once a month as a board, usually in a conference call because, let's face it, we're all very busy! And we get together for the events as our schedules allow. More parents make the load light. We will also sponsor attendance to the Leadership Conference in July to interested board members in order to strengthen our team's knowledge of PTSA engagement. If you cannot attend the meeting but are interested in volunteering, please email me. You do not need to be present to be elected.

Middle School can be a tough time for our kids - let's support them as much as we can to help them make the best of this time and succeed in their studies, make lasting friendships, and grow into positive young adults.

Signed- just an average full-time working mom of two kids trying to juggle a career, family, and do a little good when I can at my son's middle school.
